Miguel Santos, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder:Mr. Santos is responsible for creating a strategic direction for the firm and is also substantially involved in client generation, business development and investor relations. He envisioned online banking in 1995 and since then he became a referent in new technologies for financial services distribution, presenting in banking conferences such as BAI, CLAB, Felaban, Febraban and AMBA. Prior to founding Technisys he worked for the financial services division of IBM. Mr. Santos obtained a BS and an MS Computer Science Degrees from the University of Buenos Aires. He has also completed post-graduate work in Symmetrical Process Systems, distributed databases and network computing. Mr. Santos was invited to chair seminars on Entrepreneurship at NYU and Stanford University. In March 2001, Mr. Santos was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur (www.endeavor.org) from a pool of more than 650 other candidates throughout Latin America. Adrian Iglesias, COO and Co-Founder:Mr. Iglesias is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Company. He also heads the firm’s development centers and service areas. Mr. Iglesias holds BS and MS degrees in Systems Analysis from the engineering department of the University of Buenos Aires focusing on managing software development and software process improvement. Prior to starting Technisys, Mr. Iglesias worked for IBM Argentina focusing on financial software for banks, where his clients included American Express and Bank Boston. German Pugliese Bassi, Executive VP and Co-Founder:Mr. Bassi is responsible for leading the Company’s international expansion. Before assuming this role, Germán headed the Company’s commercial area. Mr. Bassi received a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Belgrano in Argentina. He has also completed post graduate courses at Universitá Bocconi (Milan), Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Ecole Nationale de Ponts et Chausees (Paris). An active member in the AMBA / BAI., Mr. Bassi was also selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in March 2001. Before founding Technisys, Mr. Bassi was responsible for international trade at Gillette Argentina S.A. Prior to this, he was a financial analyst at Techint International Corp. Lisandro Bril, Director, Holdinvest Technology Fund:Lisandro Bril is Managing Partner at Technisys's investor, Holdinvest Technology Fund - HTF. He is also the Managing Partner of AxVentures, a company that manages Pymar Fund which targests investments in early-stage technology companies with innovation centers in South America and high growth potential towards global market niches in software, medical equipment, videogames, and mobile applications. During the 90’s , Lisandro was CEO of “i5 Venture Capital”, a Hicks Muse Company, that invested in Amtec (now Neoris), Despegar, and seven other early stage operations. During his professional career he has been the Executive Director of Booz Allen & Hamilton of Argentina. He also worked as a Senior Vice President of Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry executive search firms. At the Government level, he performed as Deputy Secretary of Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Economy of Argentina. Lisandro is cofounder of Endeavor Foundation that promotes entrepreneurship and Member of the Advisory Board of the University of San Andrès Business School. Lisandro is a Board Member of Technisys, and holds a Bachellor in Economics , suma cum laude, from University of Buenos Aires, and an MPA Harvard Kennedy School. Néstor Serravalle, Technisys' Commercial Director, Global:Nestor Serravalle is responsible for Technisys' Global commercial operations leading our teams around different regions and and the business strategy of the company. Nestor is fully experienced in Computing Solutions for the Financial Services Industry and has participated in different business forums. Before Technisys, he held first class positions at TCS, SAP, HP and Unisys designing solutions and adding value to their clients' business. Horacio Buhanna, Product Manager, Global:As the product specialist overseeing Technisys’ value proposals, Mr. Buhanna is directly or indirectly involved in every major deal by structuring the technical solutions. As one of the leaders of Technisys vision, he is constantly up to date with the market trends and next tendencies regarding technology for the financial services industry. Horacio belongs to Technisys original founding team, and helps to maintain the entrepreneurial culture in Technisys. Javier Ramirez, Technisys' Commercial Director, Mexico:Based in Mexico City, he is responsible for the regions' sales and pre-sales team. With over 20 years serving the Financial Services market, Javier focusses on designing innovative solutions for clients adding localization for the global solutions of the company. Javier previously held position at TCS in charge of one of the offices in Mexico. Antonio Baldassarre, Project Manager, Chile:Antonio Baldassarre is Project Manager for our operations center in Santiago, Chile, one of Technisys' most important centers in the region. Diego Zinik, Project Manager, Global:Diego Zinik joined Technisys as Project Manager holding a key role within the company's Consulting Services team. He previously worked for first class international companies such as Atos Origin, Sema Group and Deutsche Bank, Diego is responsible for the delivery of services for our clients keeping excellence always in mind. Diego holds a degree in Information Systems from ORT. Angel Zeni, Project Implementation Manager, Global:As the manager overseeing Technisys’s project implementations, Mr. Zeni is based in the Buenos Aires software factory and reports directly to the COO. Mr. Zeni holds a long career in the software and development industry, including a previous position as IT Manager for Banco Itau. Diego Conde, Software Factory Manager:Due to experience in executive responsibilities, tasks as a consultant, facilitator and coach, Diego clearly understands the challenges of management and the Human Resources Area. This has led him to create one of the most succesful projects opening the company's first Software Factory performing as current Manager and Coordinator.
