Cyberbank Multichannel Manager Modules define, control, manage and automate rules and policies used to operate and govern different services across delivery channels.  The modular design allows you to introduce new products and features to your customers faster and more cost effective than ever.

  • Adaptors
    Resource managers for the heavy lifting needed to interface with systems external to CMM, such as legacy system, thus providing seamless and timely integration.
     
  • Dispatcher
    The ‘Traffic Cop’ module that verifies transaction requests to be processed based on pre-defined specifications.  
     
  • Error Handling
    Categorizes and displays channel specific error codes to the customer. 
     
  • Scheduler
    Manages time-sensitive transactions. For example, deferred payments or transfers would be managed by this module. 
     
  • Security Manager
    Centralized channel security management. Actions such as access to specific accounts or transfer limitations would be verified by this module before execution. 
     
  • Rules Module
    User interface allowing Banks to define channel specific and enterprise business rules and limits. 
     
  • User Administration Module
    Central systems for defining and managing user roles and authorizations.
     
  • Audit and Logging
    Tracks and logs all information related to each delivery channel into a centralized database.
